French pop band, Peaks.  I hope no Santas were harmed

Freedom Fry - Dark Christmas

Here is a dark one from last year.

Freedom Fry is a French and American indie duo.

I found out something interesting while looking into this song.

Bruce Driscoll, the American half of Freedom Fry was also

in Blondfire, who gave us this cool Christmas song in 2009.

Ivy - I Hate December

Ivy is two guys from New York and a girl from Paris.

This tune came out in 1994 when they were just getting started.

Admittedly, it's a stretch to call this a Christmas song,

but it is about December. Check it out.

Sparks - Thank God It's Not Christmas

Well, this is amazing.

One of my favorite groups, Sparks, have a Christmas song.

Not only that, but this song has been around for almost

forty years now, without me knowing about it.

The Mael brothers haven't given us a real Christmasy tune,

but Christmas is mentioned and that's good enough for me.

A traditional French carol, performed by two untraditional artists.

The carol tells of the birth of Jesus,

and calls on the Kings of the Orient to attend the child.
